A. We have two retail locations in Ottawa. Our Industrial location at Trainyards: 499Industrial, & our Kanata location: 255 Kanata ave. These are where you would pop in to purchase goodies. And our inspected commercial kitchen is located at 292 Elgin St.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. We currently only offer a rotating menu. If you see something online that you’d like to order, & to inquire about what we have available, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Do you have a menu/price list?
A. No, at the moment we do not have a set menu/price list for our small bite treats. We are currently offering a rotating menu. However, we typically post our weekly selections on Monday or Tuesday that you can order from on our Facebook page. If you want something you saw recently posted email us! For cake orders we do have a menu.
Q. Where can I locate and view the cake menu.

Q. Are your treats gluten free?
A. Yes, the ingredients we use for our treats are gluten-free. However, they are not produced in a 100% gluten free environment. If you want a 100% gluten free option please email us as we have options we can suggest.
Q. Are your treats dairy free or vegan options?
A. We do have dairy free, vegan or nut free options available? Please contact us if you have any dietary restrictions and we are happy to accommodate you as best as possible. This type of order does require a fair bit of notice typically, unless we have extra frozen treats from previous orders.
Q. What items are most commonly on hand?
A. We have a few best sellers that we continuously carry, like our lemon poppyseed loaf, vanilla cupcakes, carrot cake, pecan pie, etc. Although, the majority of our desserts rotate and change on a seasonal basis.
Q. What type of sweetener do you use?
A. We only use erythritol by Swerve.
(We can accommodate those with an intolerance of Erythritol on a large quantity order)
Q.How far in advance do we need to place a cake order?
A. We do try to accommodate each special request, however due to the high volume of orders it cannot be guaranteed. The more notice we receive, the higher the chance of being accommodated. For a custom cake we need minimum 7-14 days. Typically, we do stock a few frozen cakes for last minute requests.
Q. How fresh are your treats?
A. We guarantee your cake order will be baked and packaged within 24 hours of arranged pick up time. Treats at Fitness Depot are baked twice weekly, then dropped off on Wednesday’s and often Fridays. If you want the freshest treats please come on those days.
Q. Can we get same day service?
A. Yes. We have baked goods and treats stocked at both Fitness Depot Locations daily.
Q. Are your treats baked by a professional?
A. Yes, everything is baked by Cassandra, the owner of CFC. Cassandra is a registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) who has followed the Keto Diet herself for 5 years now. Cassandra has her Food Handler License and was trained by a Cordon Blue Chef.
